Women’s Kickboxing
Develop skill in the art of striking by drilling kicking and punching combinations on bags and pads with partners. This class emphasizes conditioning, agility, strength and speed.
Women’s Self-Defence
Learn effective and realistic self-defence techniques that utilize skill over strength to immobilize and subdue an aggressor. We will guide you through escapes in simulated scenarios from standing and ground positions. This class teaches defence from common grabs, holds, chokes, and weapons. We also offer Women's Self-Defence Workshops for private, corporate and non-profit groups.
Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
A ground fighting style using leverage and skill to apply submissions, BJJ is the most effective Martial Art for self-defence.
