Boot Camp

Elements Academy Boot Camp blends traditional martial arts conditioning techniques with modern fitness training principles. Our unique boot camp is goal-oriented and seeks to transform the body, focus the mind and enliven the spirit. A low student-to-instructor ratio allows for personalized attention and hands-on learning that will assist you in meeting your fitness goals. Following our rigorous exercise regimen and making healthy lifestyle choices will have you seeing measurable results in no time.

Camps run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for four weeks.
