“I started Boot Camp in September 2011 after knee injuries stopped me from running. I was looking for something that would give me regular indoor supervised full-body exercise in a group setting that would allow me to pace myself. I also needed something that was flexible due to my variable work schedule and my children. Elements Boot Camp gives me all of this. I also get the added bonus of a social connection with other long-term members and with newer members. Each of us is there for our own reasons and with quite a variety of physical fitness levels. It’s a positive and accepting setting with attentive trainers.
