  • Brown Belt under Royce Gracie in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
  • Muay Thai Level I & II Instructor’s Certification course (KB One Martial Arts Academy)
  • FMS Level I & II certified
  • won her first Muay Thai fight in Thailand in 2010
  • owned and operated Martial Arts studios in Vancouver since 2004
  • first and only female to own and operate an independent Martial Arts studio in Vancouver
  • CPR-C and AED certified

  • worked for 5 years at WAVAW supporting female survivors of sexual assault
