Emma is proud to role model that being a strong woman who is capable of defending herself is an admirable quality.

Emma's training pursuits include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing and Muay Thai. In 2010, she won her first Muay Thai fight while training in Thailand and later that year was promoted to a Blue Belt under Royce Gracie in Jiu-Jitsu. Emma is currently training for local and National competitions in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing.
